Sneak Peek: 2011 Chrysler Sebring

Sneak Peek: 2011 Chrysler Sebring

Just like several other updated Chrysler products, the Sebring looks to get a new grille that takes styling cues from the 200C concept. A new front bumper, lower fascia, headlights, fog lights and hood are also in store.

In back, the Sebring will get new LED taillights and some moderate freshening of the trunk lid and bumper styling. It also appears that the license plate holder has moved from the rear bumper to the trunk lid.

As with most of the other Chrysler lineup, the Sebring will get the new 3.6-L Pentastar V-6 motor mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. Fiat's multi-air technology may also be added to the Pentastar at a later date. We're also hearing that the 2.4-L 4-cylinder has been retuned for more power/efficiency.

Production of the 2011 Sebring will start at the Sterling Heights plant in November.
